“Joyeusment” - c’est súper! I wish we had this word in English. I would use it every day, in every possible way.
“I was happily surprised”… c’est ça. Anglais > diabolique.
Jim is a good friend of mine, and you definitely did the right thing to contact him. He is “súper” aussi.
