Hiya Jim – this was used in some SF I read a while back. I’ve been reacking my brain to remember the story – something like a ruler dude sprinkles this dust around, loses power to take over, but can track everything the bad guys are doing cuz he knows how to use the dust. He sprinkles some of it in his eyes and it eventually networks into a webcam for him.
Darn it, what was that book???
